How many hats can fit under a Toque?

Initially an haute couture textile designer in New York NY, Como Italy and Paris, Burnell first discovered her love for international programs as the artist representing Great Britain at POAART for Peace in Slovenia. She started creating educational & cultural programs when her own kids started school, then taught her programs through Museums, Academies, Cultural Institutions and independently, in Asia, the United States of America, Italy and France.

She was Membership Program Director at Olana State Historic Site, N.Y., Lecturer at the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts, and art teacher at the Museum of Outdoor Arts, the Curtis Arts & Humanities Center and at her own studios.

« …for business events or family meals, some in famous Châteaux, royal palaces, for dignitaries, celebrities and dedicated foodies alike. »

She began her own company Littlebrook Cultural Management Inc., founded and ran the international summer art school ARTVENETO (accredited by the University of Denver at Colorado and supported by the regional government of Feltre, Italy). Plus, she set-up a sister-city-ship between Golden, Colorado and Feltre, N. Italy.

Her passion for food and culture got more scientific as Director of Marketing & Communications for a multi-national BioPharma company, when she launched Lysozyme (a natural remedy) to the Food & Beverage industies of America. Then, when her children launched from the nest, she continued investiging the palette, both at the easel and in VIP kitchens, further deepening her understanding of health and food by getting certified as a Nutritional Therapist.

« …she diligently scouts out the most delicious and nutritious local ingredients. »

In 2016 she started her company Chef Burnell in Le Lavandou, Côte d’Azur. Since then, she became certified in Knowledge & Promotion of the Wines of Provence, and cooked for a great many wonderful clients, whether for business events in famous Châteaux or family meals, some in royal palaces, for dignitaries, celebrities and dedicated foodies alike.

She always continues her oil painting commissions for private clients in France and the USA. And always diligently scouts out the most delicious and nutritious ingredients that are grown locally.

Won’t you join her? You’re bound for a wonderful feast of the senses.
