For the past 15 years Chef Burnell has provided beautifully tailored menus of flavourful, healthy dishes made from the freshest seasonal and local ingredients, for private groups, businesses and special occasions. Burnell speaks French, English and Italian fluently. She also gives culinary and artistic workshops.
